Festival Highlights
PET POLICY: No pets allowed. Service animals welcome. Be aware that we have free roaming farm dogs on the property. Very friendly to guests and authentic service animals, but not friendly to pets.
GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES: As a real working farm, please be aware that many areas of the property are not ideal for guests using a wheelchair or walker (uneven ground, wood chip cover, etc.).

SOURDOUGH BREAD HALL: Delight in the exquisite flavor of our freshly baked sourdough bread, meticulously fashioned from organic ancient grains and cultured with a wild yeast starter. This artisanal creation undergoes a 38-hour slow fermentation process, all expertly executed within our on-site bakery.
WILD ORCHARD: Experience the world's first regenerative certified organic teas, grown on the pristine farm located on Jeju Island. Savor the distinctive flavors of our AYR black matcha and enjoy the soothing warmth of our organic teas.

From Ebenezer Scrooge's Coal Foods Market to Tomte Grocer, every shop embraces a fun and festive Christmas theme. Please note, 123 Coffee and Frosty's Our Shop are open exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.

Santa has a new home at 123 Village’s large tent, bringing extra holiday magic! Enjoy a free photo in his sleigh, and on select days, meet Santa in person for free photos. Village vendors will also be open for festive shopping during his visits. Visit 123farm.com for dates and details.
Reserve a private s'mores pit for a 50-minute session, accommodating groups of 4 to 16 people for a memorable experience.

Embark on an enchanting tractor ride that will transport you to the ancient beauty of the 1,000-year-old oak tree, where history meets the magic of Christmas. This tour is infused with a delightful holiday twist, offering a unique blend of natural wonder and festive charm.

admission
• Tickets are not available at the door, please purchase your tickets online prior to visiting.
• Tickets have timed entry (for tickets purchased after November 27). Please enter at your reserved time (5-6 pm, 6-7 pm or after 7 pm). If you are running late, just join the line to enter. You do not need to call us, and there is no need to change your tickets.
• You may stay at the festival as long as you like. There is no time limit for leaving until the grounds close at 10 pm.
• Ticket prices vary depending on the day. Click the "Ticket" link at the top of the page and select your preferred date to view the prices.
• Please note that ticket purchases are non-refundable, and the event takes place rain or shine.
• In the event of severe high winds, the event will be canceled. For updates, check our Instagram page (@123farmorganics) before your visit.
• Members do not need reservations and can visit at any time. However, new membership sales are unavailable from November 1 to December 24, 2024.

No need to worry if you can't locate the email from Ticketspice. We can simply check your name at the door and get you checked in.

At this time we are not offering any of our hotel rooms to the public. We have no immediate plans to open the hotel portion of the ranch.
